Tom interviews Taylor DiRoberto regarding his recently completed dissertation on Ecclesiastes. Taylor set out to demonstrate a positive connection exists between the words found at the end of Ecclesiastes and the words in the main portion o the book. As you’ll see, Taylor’s dissertation is an important work, demonstrating the preacher’s words in the main portion of Ecclesiastes should not be read as if they are the words of a confused or jaded person, but, rather, should be read as coming from a realist who loves God and finds joy even as he considers, with eyes wide open, this sin-cursed world.
