Today, we’ll be listening to the second of two messages Jason DeRouchie gave to a new church plant - Sovereign Joy Baptist Church. We’ve mentioned that the name Sovereign Joy can be looked at from two perspectives. It can speak of God’s joy in his people. We talked about this last week, and I would encourage you to listen to the message we shared based on the final servant song in Isaiah. This week, after a short introduction, we’ll be listening to the second message, related to our joy in God. This is taken from the book of Philippians.
